Coding Standards Index edit

I had not done any work on this coding standards document for 6 [or more] years, then in July of 2020 I began expanding it again. As time permits I intend to firm up the whole document.

This document specifies the standards that I followed in the years when I developed BOARD18. I hope that this may be of some use to my successors [if any].

A lot of display standards can be found via this link. To avoid redundancy, I will not repeat these standards in this document.
