Eventually, this release will also be loaded to a new production site. No development work will occur on this new production site.
In September, release 1.1.5 will become the new stable release and it will be implemented in the

Short Term

September, 2015

Release 1.2.0 of BOARD18, which is currently running on the dev1.board18.org web site, is being play tested and no problems have been found so far.
I intend to publish release [1.2.1] by the end of this month.
This release will only address the following enhancement request:

  • Issue 36 - Add "flip" to the context menus for placed tokens.

In September, release 1.1.5 will become the new stable release and it will be implemented in the prod1.board18.org web site.

October, 2015

In October I will be working on Phase 3 of Issue 27 which is associated with the new board18Games.php page.

November, 2015

In November I will be working on Phase 4 of Issue 27 which is associated with the new board18Boxes.php page.

Mid Term

Third Quarter 2015

I intend to publish release [1.1.0] and load it to the new development site.
This release will be compatible with release 1.0.x.
This release will likely address some of the following enhancement requests as well as other enhancements to be determined:

  • Issue 20 - Associated spreadsheet and/or log file URL.
  • Issue 28 - Create a Checkpoint/Revert Function
  • Issue 27 - Create "Admin" player type for site administrative functions.

The Far Future

  • More ease of use enhancements for new game box creation.
  • Issue 1 - Some sort of undo functionality.
  • Issue 30 - Investigate Google open API for authentication.
  • A better help function [hopefully].
