The index.html page is the introductory page to BID18xx and
contains a welcome message. It should be used to start a new
private draft.
The index.html page displays a form asking for the number of players in the bid session. It passes this number on to the BID18xxStart page.
This page contains very little javascript code. And what there is should be self explanatory.
